Summary: As a Service Account Lead, you will drive growth for a key account in a Service within a Market Unit. Your typical day will involve overseeing sales activities, collaborating with various teams, and ensuring that the client receives maximum value from our services. You will engage in strategic discussions, analyze account performance, and implement initiatives that foster revenue growth while maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be a Subject Matter Expert with deep knowledge and experience. - Should have influencing and advisory skills. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Facilitate regular meetings with stakeholders to align on objectives and strategies. - Monitor account performance metrics and adjust strategies as necessary. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Service Delivery. - Strong understanding of client relationship management. - Experience in developing and executing account strategies. - Ability to analyze market trends and adapt service offerings accordingly. - Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 15 years of experience in Service Delivery. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
