Job Description

Customer service:

Greet guests, present menus, answer questions about menu items, and take food and drink orders accurately.

Order management:

Relaying orders to the kitchen and serving food and beverages to customers in a timely manner.

Table maintenance:

Clearing and cleaning tables, resetting them for new guests, and ensuring the dining area is tidy and organized.

Payment processing:

Presenting checks to customers and processing cash or credit payments.

Problem-solving:

Addressing customer complaints and concerns to ensure a positive dining experience.

Teamwork:

Collaborating with kitchen staff, bartenders, and management to ensure smooth and efficient service.

Up-selling:

Recommending and up-selling specials, additional products, or drinks.
