Key Skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Fluent English speaking and customer engagement ability Knowledge of menu items, food service, and order taking Teamwork, grooming, and presentation skills Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment

Key Responsibilities

Greet and seat guests with a positive attitude Take food and beverage orders accurately and serve them efficiently Ensure tables are clean, organized, and ready for service Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff for timely delivery Maintain hygiene and safety standards in the dining area Handle guest queries and ensure excellent customer satisfaction
