Job Description

A Waiter/Waitress is responsible for providing excellent customer service to guests, taking and serving food and drink orders, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience. The role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a professional attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner. Present menus and provide detailed information when asked (e.g., about ingredients, specials, or dietary options). Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to kitchen and bar staff. Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and courteous manner. Check on guests to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns promptly. Clear tables, reset them for the next guests, and maintain cleanliness in the dining area. Prepare checks, take payments, and return change or process card transactions. Follow all food safety and hygiene standards. Work as part of a team to ensure smooth service during busy hours. Assist with opening and closing duties as needed.
