Based in the culturally rich city of Vijayanagar District, surrounded by World Heritage sites like Hampi, our client stands out for their authentic delicacies.
You will be responsible for providing an excellent and consistent level of service to your customers. The Waiter is responsible to serve Food & Beverage to guests in the assigned Place of Work, provide a courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service in order to maximize guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management. Minimum 2 years of work experience in hotel operations. Good customer service, communications and interpersonal skills are a must.
Requirements
Prior experience in a similar role in the food & beverage industry
(3-5 years' experience preferred).
Strong customer service
and communication skills.
Ability to
handle a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
Friendly, energetic, and well-groomed with a
customer-first attitude.
Fluency in English
and local languages (Kannada, Hindi preferred).
Flexible to work on
weekends, holidays, and rotational shifts
