Qualifications:

Prior experience in food service or hospitality preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Positive attitude and customer-centric approach.Greet customers warmly and present menus. Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen or barista team. Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring order accuracy and customer satisfaction. Answer customer questions about the menu and make recommendations if needed. Manage payments and process transactions accurately. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area. Collaborate with kitchen and cafe staff to ensure smooth service flow. Follow health and safety regulations and company policies.

Role Summary:

The Kitchen Helper assists kitchen staff in daily food preparation, cleaning, and maintaining kitchen hygiene. This role supports the efficient operation of the kitchen by handling basic cooking support tasks and ensuring the kitchen environment is clean and safe.
