STATUS

Full time after confirmation

POSITION TASKS & PRIORITIES:

Welcoming customers, informing them about specials or new items, answering questions, and accepting orders and payments

Accurately take customer orders and operate cash registers

Provide excellent customer service in a timely fashion

Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area and washroom

Monitor stock levels and restock supplies as needed

Prepare Coffee orders including all types of Coffee, Expresso, Cappuccino, and other specialty drinks

Learning about brewing methods, beverage blends, food preparation, and presentation techniques to improve food quality

Follow all healthy and safety regulations

QUALIFICATIONS:

? Xth Pass or above (Candidate should have basic understanding of English)

? Experience in food and Beverage preparation or customer service preferred

? Training and willingness to continue learning beverage preparation and customer service

? Exceptional Listening and communication skills

? Ability to walk, bend and stand for extended periods

? Availability to work around peak hours, including early mornings, weekends and holidays

? Ready to work in shifts

? A polite and engaging personality

? Commitment to customer satisfaction and service excellence

? Willingness to work as a part of high energy, efficient team in a fast-paced environment

? Freshers with good communication skills can also apply

? Immediate joiners preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ?11,000.00 - ?12,000.00 per month
