Key Responsibilities
Greet guests with a friendly and welcoming attitude.
Present menu items and make recommendations.
Take orders accurately and enter them into the POS system.
Serve food and beverages promptly and ensure guest satisfaction.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables and service areas.
Coordinate with kitchen staff for smooth and timely order delivery.
Handle guest concerns professionally and efficiently.
Process payments and maintain accurate billing.
Follow all food safety and hygiene standards.
Requirements
Previous serving experience preferred, but not mandatory.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset.
Basic knowledge of food & beverages is a plus.
Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and evenings.
