Server Support


We are looking for candidates with 3 to 5 years of Experience.
Advanced knowledge of Windows Server administration
Active Directory Administration
MS -Exchange Administration
Good knowledge of VmWare administration
Good knowledge of Linux Server Management
Basic System /Network Troubleshooting
Understanding of Intel based Hardware(Dell/HP Servers)


Good to Have
Experience with implementation or support of Microsoft\xe2\x80\x99s Office 365 suite \xe2\x80\x93 Exchange Online, Skype for Business Online, SharePoint Online etc.
PowerShell Scripting a plus


Non-Technical Skills:
Good understanding of Change Management and Incident management processes
Knowledge of ITIL Framework
Data center Management
Knowledge on Cloud infrastructure


Responsibilities:-
Liaison with Data Centre Support team
Troubleshoot issues related to Active Directory topology, and related features, in a complex, multi -site and/or multi-domain environment
Planning System infrastructure requirements
Develop automation using PowerShell Scripting to automate repetitive tasks
Monitoring and Managing infrastructure performance
Support Customers on issues related to System & Database
Review infrastructure logs
Implement system Changes
Document Standard Operating Procedures for troubleshooting
Troubleshoot and resolve tickets reported by service desk
Suggest and implement changes
