Role: Server Storage Admin

Exp: 4-8 Years

Administer enterprise backup platforms Commvault, Rubrik, Veeam, Dell PowerProtect, AWS Backup, AvePoint.

Manage backup policies, retention, schedules, encryption, and compliance across on?prem and cloud environments.

Perform backup/restore operations for critical workloads including databases, virtual machines, NAS, file systems.

Ensure DR readiness: replication, failover testing, RTO/RPO validation across storage systems and cloud.

Maintain and optimize large?scale storage platforms: Dell ME4084/ME5024, Seagate SG45xx series, HP StoreEasy NAS.

Handle cloud storage services: AWS S3/EBS/EFS/FSx, Azure Hot/Cool/Archive tiers, GCP Standard/Coldline/Archive.

Monitor capacity, utilization, performance, and storage lifecycle planning (TB-PB scale).

Coordinate incident, problem, change management aligned with ITIL.

Collaborate with infra, cloud, and security teams to ensure data protection compliance.
