We are seeking a friendly, attentive, and customer-focused Server to provide excellent dining experiences for our guests. The Server will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their visit.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet guests promptly and courteously upon arrival.
Present menus, take food and beverage orders accurately, and relay them to the kitchen or bar.
Serve food and drinks in a timely and professional manner.
Ensure tables are properly set, clean, and well-presented before and after service.
Respond promptly to guest requests and address any concerns with a positive attitude.
Maintain knowledge of the menu, daily specials, and restaurant promotions.
Process bills, handle cash or card payments, and issue receipts.
Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow.
Follow health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times.
Assist in opening and closing duties as assigned by the manager.
Requirements:
Minimum qualification: 10th / 12th pass or equivalent.
Previous experience as a server or waiter preferred but not mandatory.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Positive attitude, teamwork, and customer service orientation.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently during busy hours.
Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
