Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers:

Welcome guests and guide them to their tables.

Take orders:

Accurately record food and beverage orders, making recommendations when needed.

Serve food and beverages:

Deliver food and drinks promptly and professionally.

Handle payments:

Process payments accurately and efficiently.

Clean and maintain:

Keep tables clean and tidy, clear used dishes, and ensure a pleasant atmosphere.

Address guest concerns:

Provide timely and effective solutions to customer issues.

Collaborate with kitchen:

Communicate orders and work with kitchen staff to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

Follow health and safety guidelines:

Adhere to all relevant regulations and procedures.

Skills and Qualifications:

Excellent customer service skills. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Basic math skills for processing payments. Physical stamina to stand, walk, and carry trays. Knowledge of menu items and food preparation. Food safety certification (preferred).
