Job Title: Server Engineer

Location: All Over India (Pan-India Field Deployment & Support)

Job Type: Full-Time / On-Site / Field Work

Job Summary:

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated fresh graduates to join our team as Server Engineers. This role involves providing technical support, installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of IT infrastructure (networks, servers, routers, switches, systems, and telecom equipment) across multiple client locations in India.

This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who wish to start their career in IT hardware, networking, and system support with hands-on experience in the field.

Key Responsibilities:

Installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT hardware (desktops, laptops, printers, routers, switches, modems, etc.).

Troubleshooting of hardware, networking, and connectivity issues at client sites.

Support for operating systems (Windows/Linux) and basic application software.

Regular site visits across different regions of India as per project/client requirements.

Providing on-site and remote technical support to end-users.

Coordinating with the central support team for escalations and issue resolution.

Preparing daily/weekly site visit reports and maintaining service records.

Required Skills & Knowledge:

Basic knowledge of computer hardware and networking (LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, Wi-Fi).

Familiarity with Windows/Linux operating systems.

Understanding of routers, switches, and basic server setup.

Good problem-solving and troubleshooting ability.

Willingness to travel frequently across India.

Good communication and customer-handling skills.

Educational Qualification:

Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. in Computer Science, IT, Electronics, Electrical, or related field.

B.Sc. (IT/CS) or equivalent graduates can also apply.

Networking certifications (CCNA, CompTIA, etc.) will be an added advantage (not mandatory for fresher).

Job Types: Part-time, Contractual / Temporary, Freelance
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: ₹10,086.00 - ₹45,285.64 per month
