Job Description

*Install, configure, and maintain servers, workstations, and network infrastructure. *Monitor the performance of servers, workstations, and network infrastructure, and resolve any issues as required. *Manage backup and recovery procedures to ensure data security and availability. *Install and manage software and updates to ensure the security and stability of servers, workstations, and network infrastructure. *Monitor and troubleshoot network connections and ensure the stability and security of the network. *Collaborate with other IT professionals to implement new systems and solutions. *Provide technical support to users, resolve any server- or workstation-related issues, and escalate complex issues to the appropriate level of support. *Document all server- and workstation-related procedures and processes. *Stay current with new technologies and best practices in server management, workstation management, and network infrastructure. Requirements: Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in server administration and workstation administration. Strong knowledge of Windows and/or Linux operating systems. Strong knowledge of virtualization technologies, such as VMware and Hyper-V. Experience with cloud computing and cloud storage solutions, such as AWS and Azure. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and interpersonal skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
