Key Responsibilities
Install, configure, manage, and maintain
ViciDial
on Linux servers (CentOS/RHEL).
Handle
ViciDial call center operations
including inbound, outbound, and blended campaigns.
Configure and manage
VoIP services
, SIP trunks, and carrier integrations.
Monitor server performance, uptime, and call quality; troubleshoot issues proactively.
Manage
Asterisk
, MySQL/MariaDB, Apache, and related services.
Perform regular
server backups
, upgrades, and patching.
Ensure
server security
, firewall configuration, and access controls.
Coordinate with
telecom vendors
(US/AUS carriers) for routing, DID, and call issues.
Handle
lead management
, dialer lists, call recordings, and reports.
Optimize dialer performance for call ratio, agent productivity, and quality.
Support compliance requirements (call recording, data privacy, logging).
Provide L2/L3 support for production issues and emergencies.
Required Skills & Experience
3+ years of experience as a
Server Administrator
(Call Center / Telephony).
Strong hands-on experience with
ViciDial
(mandatory).
Expertise in
Linux server administration
.
Good understanding of
Asterisk, SIP, RTP, VoIP protocols
.
Experience handling
high-volume call centers
.
Knowledge of
lead loading, campaign configuration, and dialing strategies
.
Familiarity with
MySQL/MariaDB
performance tuning.
Experience working with
international vendors (US, AUS)
.
Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
