We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled
Server Administrator
with hands-on experience in
ViciDial management
,
lead sourcing
, and
lead uploading
. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining system performance, managing call center campaigns, ensuring data accuracy, and supporting the team with technical configurations and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain
ViciDial / GoAutoDial servers
, including setup, monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimization.
Create, configure, and manage
campaigns, lists, users, and dial plans
.
Perform
lead sourcing, cleaning, formatting, and uploading
into the dialer system.
Monitor
call center performance metrics
(agent status, drop rate, connectivity, etc.).
Ensure
system uptime, call quality, and data integrity
across all operations.
Collaborate with operations and quality teams to ensure smooth campaign execution.
Conduct
regular data backups
and manage server security protocols.
Provide
technical support
for agents and supervisors on ViciDial-related issues.
Generate daily/weekly/monthly
performance and lead reports
as required.
Ensure compliance with
data privacy and Do Not Call (DNC)
regulations.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a
Server Administrator or Dialer Administrator
(ViciDial/GoAutoDial essential).
Strong understanding of
Linux (CentOS/Ubuntu)
and server management tools.
Experience in
lead management
, data formatting (Excel/CSV), and CRM integration.
Knowledge of
Asterisk, SIP, VoIP protocols, and network configurations
.
Familiarity with
firewall settings, MySQL databases
, and
data backup processes
.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under minimal supervision and manage multiple tasks.
Good communication and coordination skills.
