Job Summary

We are looking for a

Network Support Engineer (Fresher)

who holds a valid

CCNA certification

and has a passion for networking technologies. The candidate will assist in installing, configuring, and maintaining network infrastructure and support day-to-day IT operations.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in configuring and troubleshooting

routers, switches, firewalls, and access points

. Monitor network performance and provide support for connectivity or latency issues. Help maintain

LAN/WAN

,

VPN

, and

wireless networks

. Work with senior engineers to implement and test network security solutions. Support end-users in diagnosing network-related issues. Document network configurations, IP schemas, and maintenance logs. Stay updated with the latest Cisco networking tools and technologies.

Required Skills

Basic understanding of

TCP/IP

,

subnetting

,

VLANs

,

routing protocols (RIP, OSPF, EIGRP)

. Familiarity with

Cisco routers and switches

. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities. Good communication and teamwork skills. Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced networking environment.

Preferred (Nice-to-Have) Skills

Knowledge of

network security basics

(firewalls, ACLs, VPNs). Basic understanding of

cloud networking

(AWS / Azure). Familiarity with

Linux or Windows Server

environments.
