Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled

Server Administrator

with hands-on experience in managing

Windows.

The role involves monitoring, troubleshooting, and ensuring high availability of systems. Experience with

Proxmox virtualization

will be an added advantage. The candidate will also be responsible for handling client escalations, supporting cloud environments, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and manage servers, tickets, and alerts on a regular basis. Manage

Windows

including security, backups, and performance. Configure, administer, and support

cloud solutions (Azure, Office 365, Google Workspace, SaaS/IaaS/PaaS)

. Handle

network, firewall, and IP management

including blacklist checks and removal requests. Create and present

POCs and solution architectures

for client requirements. Collaborate with internal teams and provide technical expertise, training, and guidance. Assist in

shift management

and ensure smooth team operations when required.

Preferred Skills:

Strong knowledge of

Windows Server & Linux Server administration

. Experience with

Proxmox virtualization

(preferred but not mandatory). Good understanding of

cloud platforms (Azure, Office 365, Google Workspace)

. Networking, firewall, and IP management skills. Excellent problem-solving and client-handling abilities.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
