About the Role:

Tech Pumpkin is looking for a

System Administrator

to manage and maintain our web hosting servers and cloud infrastructure. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with

cPanel, Azure, AWS, Liquid Web

, and other hosting environments. You'll play a key role in ensuring server uptime, security, and smooth system performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and monitor web hosting servers (cPanel, Plesk, Liquid Web, etc.) Configure and maintain

AWS

and

Azure

cloud environments Perform

system updates, patches, and maintenance

Handle

website hosting, migration, and backups

Manage

DNS, SSL certificates, and domains

Troubleshoot server performance and security issues Work with development teams on website deployment and updates

Requirements:

Strong understanding of

Linux/Windows server environments

Experience with

cPanel / WHM / Plesk

Knowledge of

AWS (EC2, S3, Route53)

and

Microsoft Azure

Familiarity with

DNS management, SSL, and firewall configurations

Basic knowledge of

Apache / Nginx / MySQL / PHP

stack

1-2 years

of relevant experience preferred

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field Relevant certifications (AWS, Azure, or CompTIA Server+) are a plus
