Key Responsibilities:

Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, software applications, and hardware systems. Monitor and support network infrastructure to ensure uptime and reliability. Perform system updates, patches, and backups regularly. Provide support for user accounts, email, and file systems. Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues. Ensure security by implementing firewalls, antivirus, and updates. Maintain documentation of configurations and procedures. Assist in deploying new technologies and cloud-based services. Monitor server performance and take proactive steps to improve it. Assist with disaster recovery planning and testing. Collaborate with vendors and other teams when needed.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent knowledge). Basic understanding of Windows and/or Linux servers. Familiarity with virtualization (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) is a plus. Knowledge of networking fundamentals. Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Strong willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Exposure to Linux administration. Familiarity with cloud-based solutions (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud). Basic understanding of scripting or automation tools.
