:

• Virtualization Expertise:
• Strong knowledge of VMware & Hyper-V environments.
• Experience with P2V, V2V, V2P migrations.
• Hands-on experience with tools like RVTools.
• Expertise in Hyper-V clustering, live migration, and resource management.
• Experience in setting up and managing Hyper-V clusters for SQL databases.
• Hardware & Server Management:
• Deep understanding of physical server hardware from vendors like HPE Superdome, IBM, and Dell.
• Experience in installing, configuring, and troubleshooting Dell/IBM/HPE server hardware.
• Preferred experience with chassis, blades, service profiles, pools, policies, templates, and firmware management.
• Windows Server Administration:
• Strong experience with Windows Server 2016/2019/2022, including installation, configuration, and administration.
• Knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Windows patching.
• Experience with mail servers like Microsoft Exchange & Google Workspace.
• Backup & Security Management:
• Experience in managing Druva cloud backup solutions.
• Hands-on experience with PAM solutions like CyberArk.
• Monitoring & Patching:
• Managing ManageEngine EPC for Windows patching and inventory.
• Monitoring infrastructure using ManageEngine Site24*7.
• File & Certificate Management:
• Expertise in File Server and SFTP management.
• Knowledge of certificate management and ADFS configuration.
