Job Description

1. SEO (Search Engine Optimization)



On-Page Optimization:


Optimize website content, meta tags, URLs, headings, and images for targeted keywords.
Conduct technical audits and fix site errors to improve SEO performance.

Off-Page Optimization:


Execute link-building strategies such as guest posting, directory submission, and content outreach.
Build and maintain high-quality backlinks to improve domain authority.

Keyword Research & Competitor Analysis:


Identify profitable and trending keywords for website pages and blogs.
Analyze competitors' SEO strategies and recommend improvements.

Reporting & Monitoring:


Track keyword rankings, organic traffic, and backlink performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEO tools.
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.

2. SMO (Social Media Optimization)



Profile Optimization:


Optimize social media pages (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, X, etc.) for better visibility and branding.

Content Planning & Scheduling:


Create monthly social media calendars and coordinate with the design team for creative posts.
Schedule posts consistently using tools like Buffer, Hootsuite, or Meta Business Suite.

Engagement & Growth:


Monitor engagement metrics such as likes, comments, shares, and followers.
Engage with audiences by responding to messages, comments, and queries.

Analytics & Insights:


Track and analyze performance insights to improve social media strategies.
Suggest new trends, reels, and content ideas for better reach.

3. SMM (Social Media Marketing / Paid Campaigns)



Campaign Setup & Management:


Assist in creating, running, and optimizing paid ad campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and Google Ads.

Targeting & Optimization:


Define target audiences, manage budgets, and optimize campaigns for better ROI.

Creative Coordination:


Work with the design and content teams to develop engaging ad creatives and copy.

Performance Tracking:


Analyze ad performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPM, and conversions.
Generate detailed campaign reports with actionable recommendations.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
