Role Overview

You'll wear two hats:

1. SEO Trainer & Tutor - Deliver group lectures and one-on-one tutoring to upskill students in SEO theory and practice.

2. In-House SEO Specialist - Plan and execute SEO strategies to optimize Codebrucke Academy's website, drive organic traffic, and improve our search rankings.

Key Responsibilities

1. SEO Training & Tutoring

Curriculum & Delivery Develop and teach a complete SEO syllabus: keyword research, on-page optimization, technical SEO, link building, analytics, and tools. Conduct live classes, practical workshops, and hands-on labs. Assessment & Support Design quizzes, assignments, and capstone projects. Hold regular office hours for one-on-one or small-group tutoring; provide detailed feedback on student work.
2. In-House SEO for Company Website

Site Audits & Strategy Perform comprehensive SEO audits of codebrucke.com--identifying technical issues, crawl errors, and on-page gaps. Create and manage a roadmap of prioritized SEO fixes and enhancements. Implement on-page optimizations: meta tags, structured data, internal linking, image alt text. Track organic traffic, keyword rankings, and user behavior via Google Analytics and Search Console. Stay up-to-date on algorithm updates and emerging SEO tools or techniques; apply best practices to both training and in-house work.
Requirements

Technical Proficiency: Google Analytics, Google Search Console, plus one SEO suite. Basic HTML/CSS and CMS experience. Teaching Aptitude: Strong communication skills; ability to simplify complex SEO concepts for diverse learners. Project Management: Excellent organizational skills to balance lesson planning, tutoring schedules, and website optimization projects. Mindset: Detail-oriented, proactive problem solver, committed to both student success and measurable SEO results for our own site.
Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, IT, Communications, or related field. SEO certifications (e.g., Google Analytics IQ, SEMrush Academy). Prior experience in a corporate SEO role or training environment.
