Job Summary:

We are seeking a results-driven and experienced

SEO Team Lead

to manage and guide our SEO team. The ideal candidate should have at least

3 years of hands-on SEO experience

and a proven track record of driving organic growth. This role requires both strategic thinking and execution, along with the ability to lead a team towards achieving key performance goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective SEO strategies (on-page & off-page) Conduct thorough keyword research and competitive analysis Optimize website content, landing pages, and blogs for search engines Perform technical SEO audits and ensure site health Monitor and analyze website performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc. Manage link-building campaigns and collaborate with content & outreach teams Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, algorithm changes, and best practices Generate monthly SEO reports with performance metrics and action plans

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum

3 years of hands-on SEO experience

Strong understanding of Google ranking algorithms and SEO tools Expertise in tools like Google Search Console, GA4, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, etc. Experience with CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify, etc.) Knowledge of HTML/CSS basics and technical SEO elements Excellent communication and analytical skills Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver results
