We are seeking an experienced and result-driven

SEO Team Leader

to lead our SEO and ORM team. The ideal candidate should have strong technical SEO knowledge, hands-on experience with ORM projects, and proven leadership skills to manage and guide a team effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the SEO & ORM team to achieve targets Plan, execute, and monitor SEO strategies (On-page, Off-page & Technical SEO) Handle ORM projects and brand reputation management Assign tasks, track performance, and provide regular feedback to team members Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and SEO audits Monitor website performance using tools like Google Analytics & Search Console Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports Coordinate with content, development, and marketing teams

Requirements:

2-4 years of experience in SEO & ORM Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a team leadership role Strong understanding of Google algorithms and ranking factors Experience with tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Screaming Frog, etc. Excellent communication and team management skills Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
