Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced and result-driven SEO Team Lead with strong expertise in SEO and Social Media Marketing to lead our digital marketing efforts.
The ideal candidate should have at least 4- 6 years of proven experience in managing SEO campaigns, building organic growth strategies, and handling social media activities, along with team management experience.

a) Key Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of SEO executives and social media specialists.
Create and execute comprehensive SEO strategies (on-page, off-page, technical).
Drive content strategies aligned with SEO objectives to increase traffic and rankings.. Manage and optimize social media campaigns across all major platforms.
Analyze website and campaign performance using SEO tools and analytics platforms.. Conduct regular SEO audits and ensure implementation of technical SEO best practices.. Stay updated with the latest search engine algorithm changes and social media trends.. Collaborate with design, development and content teams to achieve marketing goals.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum 6 years of experience in SEO and digital marketing.
Proven experience in leading and managing a team.
Strong knowledge of SEO techniques, keyword research, link building, and site audits.
Hands-on experience managing social media campaigns (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.).
Proficiency in SEO tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, etc.
Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.. Strong analytical mindset and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
