Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and strategic

SEO Team Lead

to drive our search engine optimization efforts. This role involves leading a team of SEO specialists, managing SEO strategy, overseeing execution, and ensuring strong organic search performance across all digital assets.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings, traffic, and conversions. Lead and mentor a team of SEO specialists, providing guidance, performance feedback, and support in career development. Conduct regular keyword research, competitor analysis, and technical SEO audits to identify opportunities for improvement. Collaborate with content, web development, and product teams to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into all digital projects. Monitor and report on SEO performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc. Stay updated on industry trends, algorithm updates, and emerging SEO techniques to ensure continuous growth. Manage SEO tools and platforms, and evaluate the ROI of SEO efforts. Coordinate link-building campaigns and outreach efforts to increase domain authority. Ensure SEO strategies align with the company's business goals and KPIs.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field. 4+ years of hands-on SEO experience, including 1-2 years in a team lead or managerial role. Strong knowledge of technical SEO, on-page and off-page optimization, and content strategy. Proficiency with SEO tools such as Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Moz, etc. Experience with HTML, CSS, CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress), and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Data Studio). Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and deliver actionable insights. Proven track record of improving SEO performance for high-traffic websites.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
