Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven

SEO Team Lead

to manage our search engine optimization strategy and lead a team of SEO specialists. The ideal candidate should be deeply knowledgeable in SEO best practices, have a strong analytical mindset, and be capable of planning, executing, and optimizing B2B & B2C SEO campaigns across various industries.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to improve organic search visibility, rankings, and traffic. Lead and mentor a team of SEO executives and specialists, providing direction, training, and performance management. Conduct detailed keyword research, competitor analysis, and content gap analysis. Oversee on-page and off-page SEO efforts including metadata optimization, link building, internal linking, and site architecture. Work closely with the content, web development, and paid media teams to ensure alignment and synergy across all channels. Monitor, analyze, and report on SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Ubersuggest and other SEO platforms. Identify technical SEO issues and coordinate with developers for resolution (site speed, crawlability, indexing, mobile optimization, etc.). Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, algorithm changes, and industry best practices. Manage SEO tools and software licenses, and ensure team is using them effectively. Prepare and present monthly SEO performance reports to stakeholders and suggest strategic improvements.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
