Key Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of SEO professionals, ensuring productivity, quality output, and continuous skill development
Handle end-to-end SEO planning and execution for
multiple in-house and client projects
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing communication, expectations, performance reporting, and strategy discussions
Plan and implement comprehensive
On-page, Off-page, and Technical SEO strategies
Conduct detailed website audits, competitor analysis, and keyword research
Manage and improve
Online Reputation Management (ORM)
across search engines and digital platforms
Optimize and manage
Google My Business (GMB)
listings, including local SEO strategies
Collaborate with content writers, developers, and designers to ensure SEO best practices are followed
Track, analyze, and report SEO performance using analytics and SEO tools
Required Skills & Expertise
Team Handling & Leadership:
Proven experience in leading, training, and motivating an SEO team, assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and ensuring timely delivery of projects
Client Handling & Communication:
Strong experience in handling domestic and international clients, understanding client requirements, presenting SEO strategies, sharing performance reports, and addressing concerns professionally
On-page SEO Expertise:
In-depth knowledge of keyword research, content optimization, meta tags, headings, internal linking, URL structure, image optimization, schema markup, and SEO-friendly content planning
Off-page SEO Expertise:
Hands-on experience in link-building strategies, guest posting, outreach campaigns, brand mentions, directory submissions, and authority building while following white-hat SEO practices
Technical SEO Knowledge:
Strong understanding of site architecture, page speed optimization, Core Web Vitals, mobile optimization, crawlability, indexation, XML sitemaps, robots.txt, canonicalization, and structured data
Online Reputation Management (ORM):
Experience in managing brand reputation by monitoring online reviews, suppressing negative search results, promoting positive content, and improving brand visibility on SERPs
Google My Business (GMB) & Local SEO:
Expertise in setting up, optimizing, and managing GMB profiles, handling reviews, posting updates, improving local rankings, and implementing location-based SEO strategies
SEO Tools & Analytics:
Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Screaming Frog, and other reporting and tracking tools
Project & Time Management:
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and ensure consistent SEO growth across all accounts
