Strategy Development: Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic to websites.
Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of SEO specialists, providing guidance, setting goals, and monitoring performance.
Keyword Research: Conduct thorough keyword research to identify high-value search terms and phrases.
On-Page Optimization: Ensure that website content, meta tags, headers, and other elements are optimized for search engines.
Off-Page Optimization: Manage link-building campaigns and other off-page SEO activities to improve domain authority and backlink profile.
Technical SEO: Oversee technical aspects of SEO, including website speed, mobile-friendliness, and schema markup.
Content Strategy: Collaborate with content creators to develop and optimize content for SEO purposes.
Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze website traffic and SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics and SEO software.
Algorithm Updates: Stay up-to-date with search engine algorithm changes and adjust strategies accordingly.
Client Communication: Communicate with clients to provide updates on SEO performance and discuss strategy adjustments.
Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Proven experience in SEO with a track record of improving search rankings.
Strong knowledge of SEO tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Moz, SEMrush).
Leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
Certifications (Optional but beneficial):
Google Analytics Individual Qualification (GAIQ)
Google Ads Certification
HubSpot Content Marketing Certification
Experience:
4+ years of experience in SEO, with at least 1-2 years in a leadership or team lead role.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
