Softtrix is seeking a skilled and motivated

SEO Team Lead

to manage our SEO projects, lead a talented team, and ensure the success of client campaigns. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in On-Page, Off-Page, and Technical SEO, along with proven experience in handling clients and mentoring team members.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, guide, and manage the SEO team to deliver quality results. Plan and execute SEO strategies to improve client website rankings. Manage multiple client accounts and ensure timely project delivery. Conduct SEO audits and implement optimization recommendations. Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, tools, and best practices. Prepare performance reports and communicate progress to clients.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

4-6 years of proven SEO experience. At least 2 years of experience in team and client management. Strong knowledge of On-Page, Off-Page, and Technical SEO. Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc. Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
