Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced SEO Team Lead to join our dynamic digital marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing effective SEO strategies to improve our organic search visibility and drive traffic to our website. This role requires a strong understanding of SEO best practices, analytical skills, and the ability to lead and mentor a team of SEO specialists.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the SEO team in developing and implementing SEO strategies to achieve business goals. Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify opportunities for content optimization. Monitor and analyze website performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush. Collaborate with content creators, web developers, and marketing teams to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into all digital content. Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and industry changes. Conduct regular audits of the website to identify areas for improvement. Develop and present SEO reports to stakeholders, outlining performance, trends, and recommendations. Train and mentor team members, providing guidance on best practices and career development.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree is must. 3+ years of experience in SEO, with a proven track record of driving organic traffic and improving search rankings. Strong knowledge of SEO tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush). Excellent understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO. Proven leadership skills with experience managing and developing a team. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
