Job Description

We are seeking an experienced SEO Team Lead with a strong background in U.S. digital marketing and a proven track record in strategic back-link acquisition. In this role, you will drive our overall SEO vision, lead and mentor the SEO team, and execute high-impact optimization strategies that contribute to organic growth. The ideal candidate has deep expertise in on-page, off-page, and technical SEO--especially advanced backlinking strategies--and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Strategy

Lead, mentor, and manage the SEO team, ensuring alignment with company objectives. Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies tailored to the U.S. market. Set performance KPIs, track progress, and provide coaching to improve team output. Collaborate cross-functionally with content, development, product, and marketing teams.
SEO Execution & Optimization

Conduct in-depth keyword research, competitive analysis, and market trend evaluation. Oversee on-page optimization, ensuring content is structured for maximum visibility. Manage technical SEO initiatives including site architecture, crawlability, indexation, Core Web Vitals, and schema implementation. Audit and optimize website performance to maintain search engine compliance and best practices.
Backlinking & Off-Page Strategy

Design and scale backlink acquisition strategies tailored for U.S. audiences. Build relationships with authoritative publishers, industry sites, influencers, and media outlets. Monitor backlink profiles and perform link gap analysis to strengthen domain authority. Coordinate digital PR initiatives and outreach campaigns to secure high-value placements.
Analytics & Reporting

Monitor rankings, traffic patterns, and conversions using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Screaming Frog. Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights. Use data-driven decision-making to refine SEO strategies and uncover new opportunities.

Qualifications

5-10+

years of hands-on SEO experience, with a strong focus on the U.S. digital landscape. Proven experience leading or managing an SEO team. Demonstrated success in developing high-impact backlinking campaigns and off-page SEO programs. Expert knowledge of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and industry best practices. Proficiency with major SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Google Suite, etc.). Strong understanding of technical SEO and collaboration with development teams. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Experience (Nice to Have)

Experience with digital PR or content marketing strategies. Familiarity with enterprise-level SEO environments. Background working with B2B brands in the U.S. market.

Pay: ?600,000.00 - ?800,000.00 per year
