Key Responsibilities

Plan, implement, and manage SEO strategies that maximize search visibility and organic performance. Handle all aspects of SEO including

technical optimization, on-page improvements, and off-page/link-building strategies

. Perform in-depth keyword research, competitor benchmarking, and website audits to identify growth opportunities. Leverage tools such as

Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Screaming Frog

to monitor, analyze, and improve results. Collaborate with cross-functional teams -- content writers, developers, designers, and marketing managers -- to execute SEO best practices. Build and maintain high-quality backlinking campaigns that align with brand reputation. Stay updated on the latest

Google algorithm updates, SEO trends, and industry practices

to keep strategies ahead of the curve. Prepare and present

performance reports

with actionable insights to stakeholders. Provide mentorship and guidance to junior SEO team members, interns, or consultants.
Desired Skills & Experience

Minimum 3

years of hands-on SEO experience

, preferably across diverse domains or industries. Strong understanding of

technical SEO, on-page, content-driven SEO, and link-building tactics

. Proficiency in SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Google Analytics, Search Console, etc.). Familiarity with

WordPress, Shopify, or other CMS platforms

. Basic knowledge of

HTML, CSS, and JavaScript

is an added advantage. Analytical thinker with the ability to interpret data and turn insights into strategy. Excellent communication skills in English -- both written and spoken. Self-starter with strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
