About the Role:

We are looking for a

smart and experienced SEO Team Lead

to join our growing team at

A2A Optima

. The ideal candidate will manage the SEO team, handle client communications, and lead strategies to improve organic visibility and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of SEO specialists to achieve project goals. Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to increase website rankings and traffic. Communicate with clients to understand business objectives and deliver results-driven solutions. Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, and SEO audits. Monitor, analyse, and report on SEO performance metrics. Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, Google algorithm updates, and best practices.

Requirements:

Minimum

3 years of experience

in SEO (On-page, Off-page, and Technical SEO). Proven experience managing a team and client relationships. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Excellent

communication and presentation skills

. Ability to multitask, prioritise, and meet deadlines.
