Lead and manage the SEO team (executives, interns, content team).
Develop and implement complete SEO strategies (on-page, off-page, technical).
Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, and content planning.
Monitor Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and SEO tools.
Assign tasks to the team and ensure timely delivery.
Optimize website structure, internal linking, and page speed.
Track and report daily/weekly performance metrics.
Identify SEO issues and coordinate with developers for fixes.
Stay updated with Google algorithm changes.
Train the team on best SEO practices.
