Key Responsibilities

1. SEO Strategy & Planning

Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies aligned with business goals. Conduct competitor and industry analysis to identify opportunities. Stay updated with the latest search engine algorithms and trends.
2. Keyword Research & Content Strategy

Perform detailed keyword research to identify high-value search terms. Define content gaps and opportunities based on search intent. Collaborate with content writers to optimize on-page elements (headings, metadata, structure).
3. On-Page SEO

Optimize website architecture, internal linking, and crawlability. Improve site speed, mobile responsiveness, and user experience. Ensure proper use of meta titles, descriptions, header tags, and schema markup.
4. Off-Page SEO

Build and execute backlink strategies to improve domain authority. Conduct outreach for guest posting, PR, and influencer collaborations. Monitor toxic backlinks and manage disavow files if needed.
5. Technical SEO

Audit websites regularly for technical issues (indexing, crawl errors, broken links). Ensure implementation of structured data, sitemaps, and robots.txt best practices. Work with developers to resolve technical SEO issues.
6. Analytics & Reporting

Track and report SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc. Measure KPIs (organic traffic, keyword rankings, CTR, conversions). Provide actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
7. Collaboration & Training

Work closely with developers, designers, content teams, and marketing managers. Provide SEO guidelines and training to internal teams. Act as the go-to SEO expert within the organization.
8. Continuous Improvement

A/B test SEO-related changes (titles, content formats, internal links). Monitor algorithm updates and adjust strategies accordingly. Explore new opportunities such as voice search, video SEO, and local SEO.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
