What will you do? We are seeking an experienced SEO Strategist with 5 to 7 years of experience in planning, developing and implementing effective search engine optimization (SEO) strategies. The successful candidate will be responsible for increasing organic website traffic and improving search engine rankings through the use of various SEO tactics and techniques. Responsibilities: Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies that improve website visibility and drive organic traffic growth. Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify the most valuable keywords and phrases to target for SEO optimization. Collaborate with content teams to ensure website content is optimized for target keywords and follows SEO best practices. Work with web development teams to ensure website architecture and technical elements are optimized for SEO. Perform regular website audits and identify opportunities for improvement in areas such as site speed, mobile optimization, and user experience. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO and search engine algorithms, and incorporate new strategies into the overall SEO plan. Analyze website and SEO performance data to track progress towards goals, identify areas for improvement, and adjust strategies as needed. Provide SEO guidance and recommendations to internal teams and external partners to ensure consistent, effective optimization across all channels. Requirements: Bachelor\'s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field. 5 to 7 years of experience in SEO, with a proven track record of increasing organic traffic and improving search engine rankings. In-depth knowledge of SEO best practices and experience with keyword research, on-page optimization, technical SEO, and link building strategies. Familiarity with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Moz. Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis and reporting. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Detail-oriented with strong project management and organizational skills. Passion for staying up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO. This is a full-time position with competitive compensation and benefits package. The SEO Strategist will report to the Digital Marketing Manager and work closely with internal teams.
