About the Role:

Trogon Media is looking for a results-driven

SEO Specialist with strong content writing skills

to join our digital marketing team in Calicut. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing SEO strategies, optimizing website performance, and creating engaging, keyword-focused content to boost rankings, traffic, and overall online presence.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings. Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and SEO audits. Optimize website content, landing pages, and blog posts for SEO. Write and edit engaging, keyword-rich content for blogs, websites, and campaigns. Manage off-page SEO activities including backlink building. Track and analyze website performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, and Ahrefs. Collaborate with design, development, and marketing teams to apply SEO best practices. Prepare and present regular performance reports with recommendations. Stay up to date with the latest SEO and content marketing trends.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred). 2-3 years of proven experience as an SEO Specialist with content writing expertise. Strong knowledge of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO. Hands-on experience with SEO tools (Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, etc.). Excellent writing and editing skills focused on SEO-driven content. Familiarity with WordPress or similar CMS platforms. Analytical mindset with the ability to turn insights into actions. Strong communication and teamwork skills.
