We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven
SEO Specialist with strong Google Ads expertise
to manage and optimize our organic and paid search performance. This remote role is ideal for someone who can manage multiple projects and deliver measurable growth through both
SEO and PPC strategies

The ideal candidate has
hands-on experience in SEO and Google Ads
, preferably within a
digital marketing or SEO agency
, and is comfortable working during
Canadian business hours
.
Key Responsibilities
SEO Responsibilities
Perform advanced keyword research, competitor analysis, and market trend analysis.
Optimize on-page SEO elements including titles, meta descriptions, headers, schema markup, internal linking, and site structure.
Conduct comprehensive technical SEO audits using tools such as
Screaming Frog, SEMrush, Google Search Console, and GA4
.
Identify and fix indexing issues, crawl errors, page-speed issues, and Core Web Vitals warnings.
Plan and execute data-driven SEO strategies to improve organic traffic, rankings, and conversions.
Monitor performance, track KPIs, and prepare
weekly and monthly SEO reports
.
Collaborate with content writers and designers to ensure SEO best practices are implemented.
Manage ethical backlink outreach and acquisition strategies.
Stay updated with Google algorithm updates and emerging SEO trends.
Google Ads Responsibilities
Plan, launch, and manage
Google Ads campaigns
across Search, Display, YouTube, and Remarketing.
Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, bid optimization, and budget management.
Write, test, and optimize ad copy to improve CTR, conversions, and ROI.
Perform ongoing A/B testing to reduce CPA and improve campaign performance.
Track and analyze performance metrics including
CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS
.
Implement and monitor conversion tracking using
Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics
.
Continuously optimize campaigns based on performance data and business goals.
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of hands-on SEO experience
(mandatory).
Minimum 3 years of Google Ads / PPC experience
(mandatory).
Prior experience working in a
digital marketing or SEO agency
(strongly preferred).
Strong knowledge of
on-page, off-page, and technical SEO
.
Proven expertise with
Google Ads, GA4, GSC, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and Google Tag Manager
.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
Excellent English communication and reporting skills.
Strong time-management skills and ability to work independently.
Must be fully available to work during
Canadian business hours (EST)
.
Salary:
$800 CAD per month
Working Hours
Monday to Friday:
8:00 AM - 6:00 PM EST (Canadian Business Hours)
Saturday:
8:00 AM - 3:00 PM EST (Canadian Business Hours)
