Position Overview

We are hiring a dynamic and results-driven SEO Specialist who will be responsible for end-to-end SEO and social media management across all our business verticals. The ideal candidate should possess in-depth knowledge of SEO best practices, keyword strategy, content marketing, and digital campaign optimization.

Key Responsibilities (KRAs):

Develop and implement effective SEO strategies (On-page and Off-page). Create high-quality backlinks using white-hat techniques to improve search rankings. Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to optimize web content. Manage and optimize meta pages, Google Business Profiles, and all relevant directories. Handle and grow our social media presence: Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, WhatsApp Business. Execute Social Media Optimization (SMO) and content calendars for all platforms. Write and optimize engaging SEO-friendly content, captions, and blog articles. Oversee email marketing campaigns and ensure high open and click-through rates. Monitor, track, and report performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, and relevant tools. Coordinate with internal teams (real estate, interior, digital) to align brand voice and campaign goals. Ensure lead generation and traffic conversion through diversified channels.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

1-3 years of proven work experience as an SEO Executive/Specialist or Digital Marketer. Strong knowledge of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.). Experience with social media platforms management and LinkedIn marketing. Excellent command over content writing, copywriting, and editing. Must have a deep understanding of target audience behavior and digital outreach strategies. Basic understanding of email marketing platforms (like Mailchimp or Sendinblue). Good analytical skills and the ability to present performance insights.
