Job Summary:

Lead the development and execution of digital content strategies to enhance brand visibility, engagement, and growth across various social media platforms and digital channels. should have a passion for digital trends, strong creative skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Strategy & Development:

Develop and implement comprehensive social media and digital content strategies aligned with business goals.

Create, and manage high-quality, engaging content for platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, and company blogs.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align content with brand messaging and campaigns.

Social Media Management:

Oversee and manage daily operations of social media accounts.

Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and monitor user-generated content.

Maintain a consistent posting schedule and ensure timely responses to trends or events.

Campaigns & Analytics:

Plan and execute social media advertising campaigns (paid and organic) to drive engagement, traffic, and conversions.

Track, analyse, and report on key performance metrics (KPIs) such as reach, engagement, and conversion rates using tools like Google Analytics, Buffer.

Requirements:

Proven experience (2+ years) in social media management, digital content creation, or a related field.

In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.

Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and digital marketing strategies.

Proficiency with social media management tools Buffer and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights).

Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills.

Creative mindset with an eye for design and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

Knowledge of Photoshop or Canva for content design.
