Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an SEO and Google Ad Specialist located in Noida. The SEO Specialist will be responsible for managing the team, handling technical SEO, Google Ad, LinkedIn Ad, keyword research, performing SEO audits, building quality backlinks, and analyzing website performance using web analytics. Additionally, the role will involve implementing effective on-page SEO strategies to enhance website rankings and traffic, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Qualifications
Develop and execute advanced SEO strategies to improve ranking and generate leads
Up-to-date knowledge of SEO best practices, algorithms, and tools.
Plan, execute, and optimize
Meta, Google, YouTube, LinkedIn ad
campaigns for B2C/D2C brands.
Write and optimize SEO-friendly content that ranks and converts.
Lead SEO initiatives to rank on traditional and
AI-powered search engines
(like Perplexity, ChatGPT Browse, etc.)
Build authoritative backlinks through ethical outreach and partnerships.
Perform technical SEO audits and resolve issues (sitemaps, indexing, site health, structured data).
Improve Core Web Vitals and website performance in collaboration with developers.
Stay updated with Google algorithm updates and adjust strategies accordingly.
Monitor performance using Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Analytics, Search Console, Screaming Frog, etc.
Prepare and deliver monthly SEO reports with rankings, traffic, and growth metrics.
Proficiency in Keyword Research and SEO Audits to identify and implement effective strategies.
Knowledge in Web Analytics tools to monitor and optimize website performance metrics.
Expertise in On-Page SEO techniques to enhance search engine visibility and ranking.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Communicate directly with clients in fluent English, explaining strategies and results clearly
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Computer Science, or related fields is a plus.
2+ years of experience in SEO, preferably in the travel or hospitality industry.
Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar tools.
Experience with WordPress, HTML, and basic technical SEO troubleshooting.
Experience with international SEO (multi-language, hreflang, geo-targeting)
Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
Ability to stay updated with SEO trends and algorithm changes.
