About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and confident SEO Specialist who can not only execute winning SEO strategies but also represent the company in client meetings with clarity and authority. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in improving website rankings, driving organic traffic, and leveraging AI-based SEO methods.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Interaction & Meetings:

Confidently face clients, present SEO strategies, and provide clear progress updates.

Build strong relationships by understanding client goals and aligning SEO efforts accordingly.

Core SEO Execution:

Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and market research.

Implement on-page SEO (meta tags, content optimization, internal linking, schema markup, etc.).

Manage off-page SEO & backlinking strategies to build domain authority.

Perform regular technical SEO audits (crawl errors, indexing issues, Core Web Vitals).

AI-Driven SEO:

Utilize AI-powered tools for keyword clustering, content optimization, and competitor gap analysis.

Experiment with generative AI SEO techniques for faster content creation and scaling results.

Analytics & Reporting:

Monitor site performance with Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, etc.).

Deliver monthly reports with clear proof of improvements (rankings, traffic, conversions).

Requirements:

Experience: Minimum 2 years in SEO (agency or in-house).

Track Record: Must showcase past ranking improvements (before/after data).

Strong knowledge of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.

Experience in backlink building strategies.

Familiarity with AI SEO tools (SurferSEO, Jasper, Frase, ChatGPT-based workflows, etc.).

Excellent communication & presentation skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously.

Nice to Have:

Experience with local SEO & GMB optimization.

Understanding of content marketing & influencer collaboration for SEO growth.

Knowledge of basic HTML, CSS, and CMS platforms (WordPress, Wix, Shopify).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
