About the Role

We're looking for an experienced

SEO Specialist

who is hands-on, data-driven, and passionate about growing organic traffic. If you know how to build SEO strategies from the ground up, optimize content and technical SEO, and drive results through smart link-building -- this role is for you.

You'll be working with our content, development, and marketing teams to create and execute SEO strategies that improve visibility, rankings, and traffic across multiple websites.

What You'll Do SEO Strategy & Execution

Develop and implement SEO strategies for new and existing websites. Audit sites and recommend improvements for better search rankings and user experience. Monitor and adapt to Google algorithm updates and industry changes.
? On-Page SEO

Optimize landing pages, blogs, and other content for target keywords and search intent. Improve technical SEO performance, including Core Web Vitals, indexability, and internal linking. Use keyword research tools to find opportunities for ranking growth.
? Off-Page SEO

Plan and execute ethical, white-hat link-building strategies (excluding guest posting). Evaluate backlink opportunities based on quality metrics. Monitor and maintain a clean backlink profile; disavow toxic links if needed.
? Tools & Reporting

Use tools like Google Search Console, Ahrefs, Semrush, Screaming Frog, and others for daily SEO tasks. Track and report SEO KPIs including traffic, rankings, CTR, conversions, and backlinks. Present monthly reports with actionable insights in a clear, non-technical format.

Other Tools:

WordPress, CMS platforms, basic HTML knowledge is a plus
What We're Looking For

2+ years of hands-on SEO experience (on-page & off-page) Strong understanding of Google's ranking factors and search intent Proven success in driving organic growth through SEO Comfortable analyzing data and turning it into strategy Good communicator who can simplify complex SEO results for non-technical teams
Bonus Points

Experience with international SEO Familiarity with content marketing and content optimization Prior experience in a startup or fast-paced environment
