We are seeking a results-driven SEO Specialist to join our marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing SEO strategies that drive organic traffic, improve search engine rankings, and enhance overall website performance.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis to identify SEO opportunities.
Optimize on-page elements including metadata, headings, internal linking, and content structure.
Collaborate with content writers to develop SEO-friendly content.
Perform technical SEO audits and implement fixes (site speed, crawl errors, redirects, etc.).
Monitor and analyze website performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEMrush/Ahrefs.
Build and execute backlink strategies to improve domain authority.
Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and best practices.
Generate SEO performance reports and provide actionable insights.
Requirements
2-5 years of proven SEO experience, preferably in an agency or digital marketing role.
Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking methods.
Hands-on experience with SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Moz).
Familiarity with HTML/CSS and website platforms such as WordPress, Shopify, or similar CMS.
Ability to analyze data and provide evidence-based recommendations.
Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
