Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and optimize
SEO strategies
to improve organic rankings, traffic, and lead quality
Manage end-to-end
paid ad campaigns
across:
Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max)
Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
LinkedIn Ads (B2B lead generation campaigns)
Drive
high-quality B2B leads
aligned with sales and business goals
Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, and on-page/off-page SEO optimization
Optimize landing pages and ad creatives to improve conversion rates
Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and prepare performance reports
Manage budgets efficiently and ensure optimal ROI
Collaborate with content, design, and sales teams to align marketing efforts
Required Skills & Qualifications
3-8 years of hands-on experience in
SEO and performance marketing
Strong experience in
B2B lead generation
Proven expertise in running and optimizing ads on
Google, Meta, and LinkedIn
Solid understanding of SEO tools (Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.)
Experience with analytics and reporting tools (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager)
Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset
Ability to work independently and take ownership of campaigns
