Key Responsibilities1. SEO & Website Optimization
Perform on-page and off-page SEO activities
Keyword research and competitor analysis
Optimize landing pages for conversion and ranking
Monitor website traffic using Google Analytics, Search Console
Improve website performance, loading speed, and UX
2. Landing Page Management
Design and optimize landing pages for lead generation
Ensure high conversion rate (CRO optimization)
Coordinate with designers and developers
A/B testing of landing pages
3. Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram Ads)
Plan, create, and manage Meta ad campaigns
Audience targeting, retargeting, and budget optimization
Monitor ad performance and ROI
Creative testing (copies, visuals, CTAs)
4. Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
Create and manage Google Ads campaigns
Keyword planning and bidding strategy
Conversion tracking and performance analysis
Improve Quality Score and reduce CPC
5. Lead Generation & Campaign Management
Generate qualified leads through paid & organic channels
Maintain lead quality and reduce CPL
Coordinate with sales team for lead follow-up
Track funnel performance and conversion rates
6. Brand Building & Content Marketing
Develop brand voice and digital presence
Plan content calendars for social media and websites
Create engaging content (blogs, posts, creatives, videos)

Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports

Skills & Competencies
Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, SMM
Hands-on experience with Meta Ads & Google Ads

Educational Qualification
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, or related field
