Key Responsibilities
Conduct in-depth
keyword research
using Google Keyword Planner and other industry tools to identify high-value search terms.
Optimize website content, landing pages, meta tags, headers, and internal linking structure following
Google's SEO best practices

Analyze user behavior and website performance through
Google Analytics
, preparing reports and insights for continuous improvement.
Monitor
Google Search Console
for indexing issues, crawl errors, and performance trends, ensuring timely resolutions.
Implement and maintain
structured data / schema markup
to enhance SERP appearance and improve rich result eligibility.
Develop and execute
on-page and off-page SEO strategies
, including link-building, content optimization, and competitor analysis.
Track Google algorithm updates and proactively adjust SEO tactics to maintain ranking stability and growth.
Manage
Google My Business (GMB)
and optimize local SEO efforts to improve regional search visibility and local keyword rankings.
Collaborate closely with content writers, designers, and developers to ensure SEO requirements are integrated across all digital assets.
Prepare detailed SEO performance reports highlighting ranking, traffic, and conversion improvements.
Qualifications
Proven work experience as an
SEO Specialist
, preferably in a healthcare or digital-focused environment.
Strong command of
Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Keyword Planner
, and other SEO tools.
Excellent understanding of
Google ranking algorithms
, search engine trends, crawling, indexing, and ranking factors.
Hands-on experience with technical SEO, schema markup, website audits, and link-building strategies.
Ability to interpret data and create actionable insights through analytical thinking.
Good communication skills with the ability to collaborate across marketing, content, and development teams.
Familiarity with CMS platforms (WordPress, Wix, etc.) and basic HTML is a plus.
