Job Description

We are looking for a results-driven SEO Specialist to optimize our website content, manage our search engine strategy, and help grow our organic search presence. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of SEO best practices, tools, and strategies to improve rankings, drive traffic, and increase conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive qualified traffic. Perform keyword research and identify content opportunities based on trends and analytics. Conduct on-page optimization including meta tags, internal linking, headings, alt text, and structured data. Audit websites for technical SEO issues and work with developers to resolve them. Monitor and analyze performance metrics using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar. Optimize content for search engines and collaborate with content writers to produce SEO-friendly content. Stay up to date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and best practices. Track, report, and present SEO performance and recommendations to stakeholders. Perform competitive analysis to identify gaps and opportunities.

Requirements:

Proven experience as an SEO Specialist, Digital Marketer, or similar role. Strong knowledge of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO tools. Experience with website analytics and SEO tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, etc. Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Shopify). Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Information Technology, or related field is preferred.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with local SEO and international SEO strategies. Basic knowledge of paid search (PPC) is a plus. Understanding of user experience (UX) and conversion rate optimization (CRO). Certification in Google Analytics or Google Ads is a plus.

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
